Regence insurance clients: I need a valid, unexpired prescription with a diagnosis code, expiration date, and frequency because this is medical massage and I am not allowed to diagnose clients. I also need a copy of your insurance to check your benefits before your appointment. I prefer for clients to have a prescription before booking. Prescriptions can be faxed to 425-988-0123 or emailed to rrretreat1@yahoo.com.
Cancellation Policy: 24 hours+ before scheduled appointment time= no fee. Less than 24 hours before appointment time=100% of scheduled appointment cost. This applies to all appointment types, including Regence insurance massages. Your insurance does not cover cancellation fees. I understand that things may come up but I do not get paid for missed appointments.
